Tours of  St Mary-at-Finchley to celebrate new heritage project

Free tours of the historic church can be booked for Open House Week

Be a part of Finchley’s history by joining a tour of the historic St Mary-at-Finchley Church, Hendon Lane N3 1TR.

Free-of-charge tours of the church and churchyard will be conducted during Open House Week 2024 to celebrate St Mary-at-Finchley’s new grant from the National Lottery Heritage Fund.

The newly funded project aims to revitalise St Mary’s, the heart of Finchley Church End Conservation Area, to maximise use of the site and improve physical, cultural and digital access for the community.

Tours will run as follows: Monday 11th March 10am or 2pm Tuesday, 12th March 10am or 2pm Wednesday, 13th March 2pm only, Thursday 14th March 10am or 2pm Friday 15th March 2pm only.

Places on the tours must be booked in advance, via Eventbrite
