Barnet Council is trialling in-person drop-ins at Burnt Oak and Chipping Barnet libraries to support residents who require assistance in starting and processing their council enquiries, where they are not able to do by phone on online.

On Mondays between 9am and 4pm at Burnt Oak Library, advisers will be available to offer general assistance with council services.

On Tuesdays between 9.30am and 4.00pm advisers will be available at Chipping Barnet Library, providing support for:

  • General enquiries
  • Cost of living support and assistance.
  • Jobs, training and skills (10am to 12pm)
  • Primary or secondary school applications.

The council advises that hat residents should allow 30 minutes for support, so we ask that no one arrives after 3.30pm.
