The Railway Bell in East Barnet Road got a five start rating from inspectors from Barnet Council
A New Barnet pub has received a top level hygiene rating from Barnet Council.
The Railway Bell, a Wetherspoons’s in East Barnet Road received a five star rating from council inspectors which is listed on the Scores On The Doors website.
Council inspectors judge pubs, restaurants, take-aways and other outlets serving food to determine how well managed and hygienic their food preparation is.
Pub manager Stephanie Evans said: “We are delighted that we have gained the top rating and I’m sure our customers will welcome the news too.
“Standards of hygiene at the pub are of paramount importance.
“All of the staff work hard to ensure that the pub offers its customers the highest levels of hygiene at all time and we are delighted that our efforts have been recognised with the five-star rating.”
