Attendees can expect a sale of pre-loved items, a vegetarian dinner and instruction in Furoshiki
In its final event, Finchley Sharing Space will be holding a Great Big Green Party & Luggage Rummage at Finchley Church End Library on Wednesday 12th June between 5pm and 7pm.
A luggage rummage is like a car boot sale, but instead of a car boot, people are encouraged to bring a suitcase full of second-hand, pre-loved items to sell.
The event will also feature Furoshiki Japanese gift wrapping using fabric remnants and a potluck vegetarian dinner.
Places for the event should be booked at https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/great-big-green-party-luggage-rummage-tickets-895215773477
The evening is organised by Our Home Our Planet CIC, a Barnet-based not-for-profit community interest company which aims to tackle sustainability issues through delivering a variety of projects.
