In 2021, the result for the London Assembly seat shared by Barnet and Camden saw Labour’s Anne Clarke hold on to a seat previously held by former Hendon MP Andrew Dismore.

The time around her main challenge comes from Conservative Julie Redmond, a former nurse and Westminster council candidate.

The Green Party candidate is Kate Tokley, a West Hendon resident, who is a trustee of Barnet Mencap and treasurer of West Hendon Arts and Culture Society.

The Liberal Democrats have not yet announced a candidate for the seat.
