Two delays on the M1 for local drivers to avoid reports Andrew Dowdeswell, Data Reporter
Barnet’s motorists will have two road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.
But the news isn’t too bad, with both of them only expected to cause slight delays, of less than 10 minutes.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that two closures are due to start over the next two weeks:
• M1, from 8pm February 7th to 9am February 8th, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M1 southbound, junction 3 to junction 2, Lane closures for Resurfacing works.
• M1, from 8pm February 8th to 5am February 10th, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M1 southbound, junction 3 to junction 2, Lane closure for Resurfacing works.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
