Two delays on the M1 for Barnet drivers to avoid reports Sonja Tutty, Data Reporter

Drivers in and around Barnet will have two National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.
But motorists will be able to take some solace in the fact that both of them are only expected to cause slight delays, of under 10 minutes.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that two closures are due to start over the next two weeks:
• M1, from 10pm February 26th to 5.30am February 27th, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M1 northbound, junction 2 to junction 4, Lane closures for drainage works.
• M1, from 10pm February 27th to 5.30am February 28th, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M1 southbound, junction 4 to junction London Gateway, Lane closures for drainage works.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
