Barnet Council’s event to mark Holocaust Memorial Day on Sunday 28th January will take place at Middlesex University

Barnet Council will be marking Holocaust Memorial Day on Sunday 28th January with a service at Middlesex University.
The annual multi-faith community event will be held at Rickett Quadrangle in The Burroughs, Hendon at 2pm and all are invited to attend. Guests are asked to take their seats by 1.45pm on the day.
Speakers include the mayor of Barnet, Cllr Nagus Narenthira, chairman of the Holocaust Educational Trust Craig Leviton, and Rwanda High Commissioner Johnston Busingye. There will be music from the Barnet Band and the Edgware and Hendon Reform Synagogue Choir.
The theme chosen by the Holocaust Memorial Day Trust for 2024 is ‘Fragility of Freedom’.
