The festive season will see some services unavailable

Age UK Barnet, based at East Finchley at The Ann Owens Centre, Oak Lane, N2 8LT have announced their opening hours for the festive season.

The Age UK Barnet office will be closed on 25th and 26th December 2023 and 1st January 2024.

They will have a skeleton staff on 27th, 28th and 29th December who will be picking up messages from 10am-3pm. They will not be open for drop-ins.

Later Life Planning Advice

The helpline and email referrals are closed from 18th December – 3rd January 2024. However, the Age UK National Advice line will be available on 0800 678 1602 (free to call 365 days a year from 8am-7pm)

Dementia Advisers

The helpline and email referrals will be closed 22nd December – 3rd January 2024

Household Support Fund

Applications are closed from 20th December – 3rd January 2024. No referrals can be made during this time.

Dementia Day Clubs

The last dementia day opportunities session is on 22nd December 2023 and the clubs will re-open on Tuesday 2nd January 2024
