Flyer for the Summer Picnic at Barnet Environment Centre of July 2nd

Barnet Environment Centre is in Byng Road, Barnet, EN5 4NP.

Our main event this summer will be a family picnic day on 2nd July, 11 am – 2 pm.

People can picnic in the Centre garden – or inside if it is wet. Bring your own blanket and picnic.

There will be some activities, organised by our new teacher.

If the weather permits, we will do meadow-sweeping (as it is National Meadow Day on 1 July), and pond dipping.

You will also be able to do self-guided walks using the Sensory Trail and Tree Trail cards – or just have a wander.

Refreshments will be available (cash only)
