Join us for a day full of celebration, history and community spirit on Sunday 14th September.

Patronal Day celebrations
We’ll begin with our 10am Patronal Day Eucharist, followed by our much-loved Patronal Day Lunch in the Church Hall. All are welcome!

Art exhibition and sale 11.45am onwards
During the day, you can browse and buy artworks by our very own Finchley legend, artist Mari I’Anson. How many Finchley landmarks can you spot?

Heritage Open Day tour 2pm
Discover the hidden stories of our Grade II* listed church and churchyard on a guided tour. We are the oldest building in Finchley. View our famous sundial, featured in a painting by Turner). Tours run from Fri 12 September until Sunday 21 September.

Behind the scenes architect talk – 4pm
Join us in the Church Hall to hear from Jodie Edwards, the architect behind our exciting £1.3 million Give Me Shelter community project. Drinks & Nibbles will be served after the talk.

Choral Evensong – 6pm
Round off the day with a beautiful service of music and reflection. Featuring organ scholar Macie Sutherland and the choir of St Mary-at-Finchley.
