Delays of up to 30 minutes are expected

Barnet’s motorists have a road closure to avoid this week – and it is expected to cause delays of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways – the agency responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads – shows that the closure due to start this week is:

• A1, from 10pm July 4 to 5am July 6, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M1 northbound, junction 2, entry slip road closure for barrier repairs, diversion via TFL roads (A41 to junction 4).
