The home care establishment received the award for the third consecutive year

“This is an incredibly special achievement for us,” says Po Wun Wan, Director, Owner and Registered Care Manager at the Barnet and Finchley branch. “To maintain this level of excellence three years in a row is something we are truly proud of.”
The Home Care Awards honour “the best in home care provision” by recognising the Top 20 providers across eleven UK regions. It celebrates the professionals that have received exceptional reviews left on homecare.co.uk from service users, clients and their family and friends.
In light of this recognition, Po Wun was keen to credit her team’s hard work. She says: “From the bottom of my heart, thank you to our wonderful care professionals and office staff. Your compassion, dedication, and commitment to providing outstanding home care in Barnet every single day are the ultimate reason we have achieved this award.”
“Whether you’re supporting clients in their homes, covering visits at short notice, helping colleagues, or working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly, every one of you has played a part in this success.”
At Radfield Home Care Barnet and Finchley, Po Wun’s mission is to help people continue living independently at home. The company provides visiting care, live-in care and connected care to local residents.
Supporting people with conditions such as dementia, Parkinson’s, stroke, cancer and respiratory failure, as well as those needing respite or recovering from a fall or hospital stay or end-of-life care.
Po Wun concludes: “I’d also like to thank our clients and their families for putting their trust in us and for taking the time to leave such thoughtful reviews. It is a privilege to support you, and we never take that trust for granted.”
