The 17-year-old boy was reported missing from a location in Alexandra Grove on Wednesday evening reports Luc Gauci Green

Police are calling for information after a teenager was reported missing in North Finchley on Wednesday evening.
Officers were called to the location in Alexandra Grove at around 7.40 pm on Wednesday (7th) following reports that a 17-year-old boy had gone missing.
It is thought that the boy left the location, believed to be a care home, at around 5.30pm.
There has been online speculation referring to a suspected kidnapping but the police told Barnet Post yesterday that this was not their position.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “We are aware of speculation online that implies that this is a kidnap investigation. At this stage, there is nothing to suggest that this is the case.”
The spokesperson emphasised that this is “being treated as a missing persons investigation, with nothing to suggest that the individual has come to any harm”.
Police currently have no description of any other individuals who may have been with the boy when he left the location.
Enquiries to locate him remain ongoing.
If you have any information or footage that could aid the investigation please contact the Metropolitan Police: Reference: 01/7025703/26 / Officer’s Name: PSI Johnson-Small / Contact email: [email protected]
