The new school year is here and Libraries are here to support children starting and returning to school. All of Barnet’s libraries provide a range of books to help with homework.

Covering every subject, your local library will help you find reliable and accurate information for study. You can visit any library and choose books from the shelves or use the Select and Collect service to order titles through the online catalogue to collect from your local library.

Find out about thousands of subjects on Encyclopaedia Brittanica or discover famous people of Who’s Who. All online resources are free to use with your library card and PIN. Libraries can help students find information too. Ask library staff for help during staffed opening times or contact [email protected] with homework queries for suggested resources to help.

It’s free to join the library and borrow from the huge range of books, eBooks and eAudiobooks for children. There’s no better time to start or reignite the reading habit than a new school term.
