A date has been set for a by-election in Finchley while the candidate list for another Barnet poll has been released.
Following the death of the former mayor and councillor of 35 years, Eva Greenspan, a by-election will be held in Finchley Church End ward on Thursday, 6th March.
Polling stations will be open across the ward from 7am to 10pm. Residents wishing to vote who are not registered have until Tuesday 18th February to register. The deadline to apply to vote by post is Wednesday 19th February.

Barnet Council has reminded voters to bring a valid form of voter identification when voting at their polling station.
