Clean air, architecture and places of worship will come together along the Edgware route
A Faith and Peace Walk in Edgware will take place on Thursday 20th June organised through Middlesex University and the Barnet Multi-Faith Forum, celebrating both the London Festival of Architecture 2024 and National Clean Air Day
The walk will begin at 4.30pm at Edgware Underground Station. The midpoint will be St. Margaret’s Church and the finale is at OneStonegrove finishing at 8.30pm.
During the route, as part of Clean Air Day, some walkers will be carrying portable air monitors provided by Middlesex University and Climate Action Barnet, to record the air quality and levels of pollution. This data will be used to inform valuable research.
Those wishing to join the walk should register their interest via Eventbrite: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/edgware-faith-and-peace-walk-2024-registration-855218450407
