Avoiding scams is important, writes Natalie Crampton of Carlton Court Care Home

Carlton Court Care home were delighted to welcome Gillian Hirsh and Joyce Sullivan from Age UK Barnet on the 6th February.

The audience, which was made up of the residents and the local community enjoyed an informative talk on personal safety and fraud prevention. Gillian of Scams Project Support shared valuable tips on staying safe when out and about as well as online and in your home.

They were also joined by David, Josh and Dora from the Underhill Safer Neighbourhood Team who were on hand to answer any questions.

Pradeep D’Cruz, the Home Manager at Carlton Court said “we are always delighted to welcome the local community into our home and enjoy hosting informative talks”
