Barnet Council have launched a community skip service to help residents get rid of large unwanted items.

Residents can check here for dates and locations of their nearest community skip.

Every household can bring up to 3 items to a community skip every three months.

Items for a community skip must be brought 7am and 1pm on the date the skip is operating.

Those bringing items must queue on foot, show proof of address and place non electric items in the skip. Larger electrical items will be taken away by vehicle.

Waste will not be accepted if it can be gotten rid of by other council services.
