Barnet council has announced new dates for the new year for Community Health Screening, a free service for anyone over the age of 40 who lives, works or studies in Barnet.

It’s a chance to get your blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure, and body mass index (BMI) checked and receive  tailored advice to help you stay well and healthy into the new year from a healthcare professional.

The sessions take around 20 minutes and booking is advised.

The first dates for 2024 are Monday 8th January and Monday 15th January, 10am to 4pm at Claremont Free Church, 167A Cheviot Gardens, London NW2 1PY.

Appointments can be booked online here https://www.barnet.gov.uk/healthscreen.
