Food hygiene ratings handed to 14 Barnet establishments

Restaurants, pubs and takeaways in the borough have received new ratings from the Food Standards Agency reports Sonja Tutty, Data Reporter

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to 14 of Barnet’s establishments by the Food Standards Agency.

Restaurants, cafes and canteens

The following ratings have been given to 10 restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: BB Grill House at 86 Brent Street; rated on December 13th

• Rated 5: Fresh Fry at Western Parade, Great North Road; rated on December 12th

• Rated 5: Sunny Hill Park Cafe at Sunny Hill Park, Watford Way; rated on December 12th

• Rated 5: Going Greek at Colin Parade, The Hyde; rated on December 7th

• Rated 5: Barnet Cafe at 80 High Street, Barnet; rated on December 6th

• Rated 5: Il Funghetto at 368 Ballards Lane; rated on November 30th

• Rated 4: Tasty Grill at Sutton Parade, Church Road; rated on November 16th

• Rated 3: Farsi Restaurant at 87 Ballards Lane; rated on November 16th

• Rated 3: Franks Cafe at 39 Friern Barnet Road; rated on November 16th

• Rated 3: Wok And Slice / Vegan Curry Club at 11 Long Lane; rated on November 16th

Pubs, bars and nightclubs

And two ratings have been handed to pubs, bars or nightclubs:

• Rated 5: Mill Hill Village Sports Club at The Mill Hill Cricket Club, Burtonhole Lane; rated on December 7th

• Rated 5: Hendon Golf Club at Hendon Golf Club, Ashley Walk; rated on November 30th

Takeaways

Plus two ratings for takeaways:

• Rated 5: Burgrill/Wraps & Wings/Burger Zone/Grill N Thrill/Wings Plan at 728 High Road; rated on November 29th

• Rated 2: Kurk Grilled Chicken at 64 High Street, Edgware; rated on November 14th
