The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that two closures are due to start over the next two weeks:
• M1, from 10pm July 10th to 5.30am July 12th, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M1 northbound, junction 1 to junction 2, Lane closures structural works, diversion via A406 entry slip.
• M1, from 10pm July 10th to 6am July 22nd, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M1 southbound, junction 5 to junction 1, carriageway and lane closure for surfacing works, diversion via Local authorities.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads are not included in their schedule.
